New extended time for deeper surrender, longer sound healing, and more time to talk about all the juicy Celtic history and Welsh wisdom! Welcome to ‘Return to your Roots’, where together we honour the land and empower one another through a return to Earth-based Welsh wisdom teachings that compliment the modern world, we connect through storytelling, dance, and journey into the sacred imagination, through innate healing traditions that we are missing in our culture. We do not claim to be returning to the past but returning to the land. For this months session we will: 🐲 Talk about Welsh Wisdom from ancient Stories and Folklore - Learn of the Awen and the role of the ancient Bards 💫 Become the characters and archetypes of Welsh Myth through interactive bardic story-telling 🎶 Immerse in trance-state movement with carefully selected sounds & music 🦢 Bask in a healing sound bath 🍵 Enjoy native herbal teas 📍 Location: Glan Y Nant Village Hall, NP12 3XQ Saturday 24th May, 1pm - 3.30pm Click 'Book Now' and 'Next Availability' to reserve your space. It might seem like Wales is missing native, Earth-based spiritual traditions but there are clues in our ancient texts and folklore; Core shamanic/Animist principles that are practiced all over the world, and if we pay close attention we can find and create our own here in Wales too, where the native Awen flows through us all. Experience the power of reciprocity as you engage in free-flowing movement, enhancing gratitude and reverence towards your spiritual companions. Plus, enjoy a myriad of physical, mental, and emotional benefits from the freedom of movement. You don't need to be a dancer to tap into the spiritual realm or aid your body's detoxification process. Even the slightest movements can work wonders! Let's get your lymphatic system flowing and cleanse your body from within. Embark on a journey through the Cauldron of Awen. Guided into a theta brainwave state for deeper journeys and experiences. After your movement session, relax into a serene sound bath, enveloped in healing frequencies carefully selected to restore balance and harmony. Tickets are non-refundable.
