Galw'r Elfennau - Calling the Elements

There's a feeling a lot of people describe when they first come to my workshops thats like this quiet recognition, like something in them already knew this language, already knew this land, and had just been waiting for permission to remember. If you've ever felt pulled towards Celtic spirituality but weren't quite sure where to start, or you've been doing your spiritual work but it still feels a little disconnected from the land and the lineage you're trying to connect with, then Galw'r Elfennau might be exactly what you've been looking for. In this workshop and ritual, we begin by learning to call the four elements in Cymraeg - the Welsh language that has carried these invocations for millenia. You don't need any prior experience, you just need to show up with an open heart and a willing to let the words do what they've always done. From there, we move into a guided ritual meditation that takes you inward, into your own mythic landscape, through guided self-hypnosis, where the elements and archetypes aren't just concepts but living presences you can feel, commune with, and carry home with you.
