Invoking Ancestral Wisdom in Welsh

I invite you to bring your drum or any other instrument to this online session - your voice will be the most powerful instrument so don't worry if you don't have any others! During this online session I will teach you how to invoke the wisdom of your ancestors with chant Cymraeg (the Welsh language), before combining the chant with the rhythm of the drum and principles of entrainment - you can use any instrument from clapping to gongs to drums and bowls and just whatever you feel works best for you at the time! I have been using this particular chant myself for a while now and have found it very powerful for slipping into altered states of consciousness/trance states, and receiving the most clear insights and messages from my spiritual helpers. Messages that I have taken action on and had some pretty amazing opportunities arise from. This session is free for all members of Annwfn Within - you are welcome to join the membership any time with a whole host of Celtic and ritual resources for you to get through and a monthly live session as part of our online community.
